Gray Tiger Racing Inc. is a publicly owned corporation owned by race fans like you.  It was established to form a race team to compete in the Grand American Road Racing Association's "Daytona Prototype" category.

Gray Tiger Racing Inc. is authorized to issue 250,000 shares of stock. What makes us unique is that we are giving the stock away to race fans.  These are real stock certificates!   We want you to become an owner of our company and our race team, so we will give you a piece of the company.
