Gray Tiger Racing Inc. is a publicly owned corporation.  It was incorporated in the state of Arizona on March 18, 2002. 

Gray Tiger Racing Inc. was established to form a race team to compete in the Grand American Road Racing Association's "Daytona Prototype" category starting in the year 2006.
