Gray Tiger Racing Inc. is a publicly owned corporation.  It was incorporated in the state of Arizona on March 18, 2002.  Gray Tiger Racing Inc. was established to form a race team to compete in the Grand American Road Racing Association's "Daytona Prototype" category starting in the year 2006.  Gray Tiger Racing Inc. is authorized to issue 250,000 shares of stock and does not plan to sell these shares of stock, but plans to give them away in order to establish a large fan base.
