- Is the stock being given away "real"?
Yes, this is real stock and
ownership of a share of stock entitles you to all the rights of a
shareholder. The State of Arizona has authorized
Gray Tiger Racing Inc. to issue
250,000 shares of common stock.

- Why does a "free" share of stock cost $2.00?
Although we are giving away the shares of stock,
there are a few costs that we need to cover. Since these are real
stock certificates, they must be printed and recorded. And there is
the cost of the mailing envelopes and the postage for mailing the
certificates. The certificates are printed on 24 lb. watermarked Fine
Linen Paper and our printing and recording costs are 73 cents
per certificate. The high quality mailing envelopes that we use to
insure that the certificates arrive undamaged and ready for framing are 43 cents a piece.
The postage within the U.S. is $1.06 per envelope. Our actual cost per
certificate is $2.22, so we are charging $2.00 to cover some of these costs.
These costs show up in the Shopping Cart as Shipping cost so that taxes are
not applied.

- Can I sell my stock?
Although these are real stock,
there is currently no secondary market for this stock since the shares of
stock are being given away. However, once the initial authorized
shares of stock are given away, a second stock offering is expected.
The stock for this second offering will have a par value set to reflect the
current value of the corporation at which time there should be a secondary market
allowing you to sell your stock at that time.
Back to top of Page
- What is the stock really worth?
Currently, the only stock issued
for Gray Tiger Racing Inc. is the
250,000 shares being given away. This means that the actual worth of
the stock is 1/250,000 of the value of the corporation. So as the
value of the corporation grows, so does the value of your stock.
Back to top of Page
- Can I get a share of stock to give as a gift?
Yes, shares of stock may be
placed in any living person's name. In fact, these stock certificates
make excellent gifts for any race fan. However, since these are real
stocks, the owner's name and address need to be recorded and are required
when ordering a share of stock.
Back to top of Page
- Can I get more than one share of stock?
Yes, in fact every time you
place an order you will receive another certificate. However, you are
only allowed to place a single share in your Shopping Cart for each purchase
order. Back to
